The Machinery and Valve Maintenance Company “Masz-ZAP” Ltd. Sets as its goal to provide fully professional services that meet the requirements and expectations of our Customers and to constantly improve these services.
According to our Management Policy, our services are provided with human safety and responsibility to the environment in mind.
We achieve our objectives through the following:
- Fully involving management and all employees in the implementation and realization of established and known goals, striving to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. At the same time, preventing the occurrence of work-related injuries taking into account the size and context of the enterprise, as well as the specific risks and opportunities relating to occupational health and safety also environmental protection;
- Employing qualified and experienced staff, systematically improving their professional qualifications;
- Continuous improvement of processes and service levels with special attention to occupational safety and environmental protection;
- Full responsibility of each employee for the work he/she performs;
- Identification of risks emanating from our activities, products and services to the environment and the work environment;
- Rational waste management minimizing the negative impact of our services on the environment – pollution prevention;
- Continuously raising employee awareness of environmental issues;
- Preventing occupational accidents, occupational diseases and near misses, striving for continuous improvement in occupational health and safety, and continuously improving occupational safety activities;
- Considering the role of employees or their representatives and involving them in occupational health and safety activities;
- Conducting systematic control and analysis of the operation of the management system to meet compliance requirements and continuous improvement of the system;
- Identifying applicable laws and regulations and periodically assessing the compliance of the operation of the “Company” with the requirements of these laws and other requirements to which the “Company” has committed itself;
- Ensuring adequate resources and means to implement Our Policy.
