Machining

Machining consists in the removal of small pieces of a raw material being processed. By applying precise tools based on modern technologies, machining can produce very precise parts using just one tool.

Machining can be divided into two groups: chip forming machining where machining tools are used to remove excess raw material, and abrasive machining where the excess raw material is removed using abrasive particles in form of an abrasive paste, stone, paper or fabric.

We offer the following services in machining:

Masz-ZAP offers machining with both conventional and CNC machines. Numerical machining is carried out based on CAD/CAM Creo 1.0 software, using the following CNC machines:
1. OKUMA Multus 400 milling and turning center (L = 2000, D = 710),
2. SKT-210 SY HUNDAY-KIA turning center (L = 530, D = 240, feeder + handle)
3. WFC 10 CNC Fermat horizontal boring machine (X: 2000, Y: 1700, Z: 1250)
4. Proturn SLX 425 lathe (l = 1250, D = 480),
5. VM 3500 milling machine (X: 700, Y: 450, Z: 500),
6. SMX 4000 milling machine (X: 1016, Y: 596, Z: 584),
7. LEADWELL V-60 vertical milling machine (X: 1520, Y: 760, Z: 610).

We also perform machining with portable machines:

– FF 6200 – Climax lathe (D = 500 – 1270),
– TDF – 1.A EFCO boring machine (D = 0 – 500).
